Strong Squad 12-Week Program

With this online fitness program, I will get you to your goal! You will gain strength and confidence, not only in the gym, but in your normal daily life. You will finally make that change you have wanted to make and develop that lifestyle you have always admired.

- 5-6 day workout plan with lifting and cardio schedule

- 4 different progressing phases of resistance training (3 weeks each)

Resistance Training Program Only (9 weeks)

If you have your nutrition on track and you just want to be given kick-butt workouts, then this online workout program is for you. You will never be bored and always sore!

Included:

• Individualized Workout Plan (Resistance Training and Cardio)

- 5-6 day workout plan with lifting and cardio schedule

- Lifting schedule broken up by muscle group and everything laid out (reps, sets, ect.)

- 3 different phases of resistance training (3 weeks each, 9 weeks total)

Meal Plan Program Only (9 weeks)

If you already have a workout routine that you enjoy but not seeing the physical results you want, then this online nutrition program is for you! When you are not eating the right things, exercise alone will not get the results you want. I will teach you what to eat and why, to reach your goals.
